Shipping Policy

When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products be delivered to an address of your choice. Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, write us at Contact Us Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. If you've ordered an item that won't be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure(e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.However, additional charges may apply on the third delivery attempt.
• Moonplus provides shipping facility for each and every order within India. Your delivery is fully insured.
• We would request all customers for inspecting the package if in case there is any damage before receiving the product.
• Once the product is packed, we ship and deliver it with the help of the courier service.
• Every package of jewelry from Moonplus will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and properly packed in a temper-proof packing.
• Even if it is a gold coin, jewelry or solitaire, the item will be delivered in a special Moonplus box with all the required certificates.
• The member will have to mention the address and provide other details of the person, who will make sure to collect shipment during the time of purchase.
• During the time of placing the order, the member will have to state the complete name of the recipient as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government.
• At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and has to provide with any of the below-mentioned identity proofs.

• We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same.
• To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.
• If in case, the member wants anybody else to receive delivery on their behalf, further details are required during the time of ordering the product. The items will be delivered to the person directly at the right place and once the order gets processed, the receiver’s details cannot be changed.
• Once the order is created, the member can change shipping address only till the order is actually shipped.
• If the member would want to change the shipping address, you can contact customer support.
• If the shipping has been done and then the customer want to change the address then the shipping charges and the other local charges to resend will be borne by the respective customer.
• If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the deliverable.
• If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, courier service company will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times. If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to moonplus.
• The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the Member will be chargeable to the member.
• Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of courier company.
• Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of such product.
• For International shipment, the customer has to bear all the shipment charges, Custom clearance charges of their respective countries and other charges that can be imposed if insisted by your country. The shipment charges that is included consists of shipping logistics charge, Indian Custom clearance charges, full value insurance for the product and other miscellaneous charges.
• The International orders once shipped cannot be cancelled/returned under any circumstance.
• You can check the estimated delivery time for all the products on product details page. Estimated time for shipments within india is 10-20 days and for abroad it is 25-35 days max for readily available products. For custom made/products on back order/ will take extra 40 days depending on the type of product you order. A confirmation will be sent to you by our customer support after the order has been placed.


1. How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order from your Moonplus “Track order” ( top of the page). We ensure timely communicate about order status via Email/SMS.

2. How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?

It usually takes between 3 to 7 days (depending upon your location) to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you with the estimated delivery date on your registered contact details via Email / SMS along with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.

3. How much do you charge for shipping the products?

The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the checkout page.

4. My order is out for delivery, but has not reached?

If the status is marked as “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, and is not delivered to you in next 24 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us at Contact Us will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.

5. What do I do if my product is delivered at the wrong address?

In case, you discover that the Courier Company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us at Contact Us We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.

6. Why is my order not delivered within the expected delivery date?

There could be a delay depending upon your shipping address, courier services and unfavourable climatic conditions. You can track your shipment from the courier company’s website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered Email/Contact number. 7. I am unable to track my shipment. What should I do?

Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time. 8. Can I change the Shipping Address?

You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from Moonplus 'My Account' section . If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from 'My Account' section or contact us at Contact Us.If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Moonplus Address Book for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your Moonplus Account, kindly visit the 'Address Book' page and click on 'Edit'. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on 'Save'.

9. What if courier is not providing home delivery?

You can contact our Customer Support team using the Contact Us and we will get in touch with the courier service provider to deliver your product.

10. What is Return To Orgin?

‘Return To Origin' or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order at your address but could not deliver the same due to any of the following reasons:
• You were not available to receive the order.
• Your location was out of delivery area of the courier.
• Payment was not ready with you at the time of delivery.
• Your address was not traceable.
• Hence, it is shipped back to the Moonplus head office.

11. What happens after an RTO is received by Moonplus?

• If it is Cash on Delivery Order, the product will be returned to the merchant.
• If it is a Prepaid Order, we will refund the amount to your bank account.
