Moonplus offers easy and quick Refund on your refund orders.
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
• When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Moonplus.(Please read our Cancellation
Policy)
• If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
• If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refund amount shall be transferred in your preferred Bank Account, the details of which shall be getting from you during the refund process.
We initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our end.
You can file a replace request from your Moonplus account & follow the given process: Log-In -> My Account -> Recent Orders ->Actions-> Cancel -> Refund.

For some orders, we initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our end. In other cases, we keep you informed viaEmail/Sms.
Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.
Check the status of your Return at ‘My Accounts’ Section and view the payment status.
After receiving your Return Request and product, we will update you on the status i.e. Refund initiated and refunded.
